Ultimo Coffee - Germantown
The kitchen in the Ultimo Coffee Germantown provides high-quality, from-scratch baked goods for all Ultimo Coffee locations, and a daily expanded menu for the Germantown location. The kitchen team is small and independent, and work is done in a low-stress, comfortable, environment.
We are hiring to fill a baker position of 3 shifts/week with potential for increasing to more hours; the current schedule requires availability Monday, Friday, Saturday, and flexibility on other days as needed for training and coverage. All shifts begin between 6:00 - 8am, and range from 6 - 8 hours in length.
Benefits include PTO, annual raises, health benefit (FT), free beverages.
Bakers are responsible for making daily baked goods including breakfast sandwiches, pastries, focaccia sandwiches; preparing wholesale orders; washing dishes, receiving and putting away orders, and general cleaning.
The right candidate is kind, easy to work with, efficient and hard-working, reliable, detail-oriented, appreciates good food and high standards. Baking-from-scratch experience required. Some experience working and baking in a commercial kitchen also required.
