Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2080.80/week - Job Summary: The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to post-operative spine and orthopedic patients, ensuring quality, safe, and efficient patient treatment. This role requires flexibility to work holidays and adhere to state-mandated COVID vaccination policies. Responsibilities: Admit and assess patients, developing individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes promptly. Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery processes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications: Hold a current, unrestricted Colorado RN license. Possess valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Demonstrate experience in spine/ortho post-op patient care, with emphasis on med/surg skills. Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities. Have the ability to work flexible hours, including holidays. Show effective communication and teamwork skills.
