Responsibilities: Provide care activities for patients as directed in their care plans Utilize Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Electronic Clinical Documentation to streamline your workflow Use your smartphone for easy documentation Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on timely, professional, and courteous service.
