Principal Designer AI-Driven FinTech Platform

Avantos is building the AI-native operating system for financial services, and as Principal Designer you will own the design system end-to-end and lead design on the Agent Portal, the core product surface. This is a senior IC role where you set the craft bar as the team scales, shaping how design works at Avantos. Design here moves fast; you prototype in code, build AI tooling, and continually refine processes. Judgment, taste, and scalable patterns define quality at this level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
