AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for a company in Martinsville, VA . The Enrollment Specialist will assist clients and providers throughout the enrollment process, ensuring applications and required documentation are complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients and providers while managing multiple priorities.

• Monday-Friday schedule.
• Pay: $37,440 - $47,840 - depending on experience

• Respond to questions and provide detailed information regarding enrollment requirements, processes, and policies.
• Manage insurance certifications for a roster of providers.
• Collect and review information to qualify clients and providers.
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness and ensure all required supporting documentation has been received.
• Enter, update, maintain, and review client and provider information within company databases and systems.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective clients throughout the enrollment process.
• Communicate professionally with applicants, clients, providers, and prospective candidates by phone, email, and other correspondence.
• Process enrollments and disenrollments accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct informational sessions regarding enrollment processes, requirements, and available services.
• Maintain organized and accurate records while protecting confidential information.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Previous experience in insurance, enrollment, benefits, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong administrative and data-entry skills.
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and relevant software programs.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, providers, and applicants.
