Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring assembler workers for a metal manufacturing company in Falcon Heights, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality metal components and support a team focused on precision and quality standards. What you’ll do as an assembler:

• Assemble brackets and install press clinch nuts using a Haeger machine
• Mark, label, and date-code finished components
• Package and box metal parts for shipment
• Follow ISO9001:2015 quality standards and company procedures
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality

What you need to bring to the assembler role:

• 1+ year of experience in a metal manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving abilities
