Responsabilidades Trabajar en proyectos reales desde el día uno, aprendiendo en serio. Tener acompañamiento cercano y recibir feedback continuo. Asumir responsabilidades y aprender a resolver problemas con autonomía. Proponer mejoras y verlas implementadas. Colaborar con otros en un entorno respetuoso e inclusivo. Buscar mejorar la forma en que los equipos trabajan y utilizan las soluciones desarrolladas. Adaptarse y crecer desarrollando flexibilidad y mentalidad de mejora continua. Requisitos y requisitos de elegibilidad Ser estudiante universitaria/o regular. Recibirte entre noviembre de 2027 y julio de 2028. Estar cursando carreras como Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos, Economía, Recursos Humanos o afines. Nivel de inglés avanzado. Interés por aprender y desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y orientado a la mejora continua. Beneficios Tutorías y capacitaciones, para acompañar el aprendizaje y desarrollo. Rotación por equipos, con la posibilidad de conocer y trabajar en dos áreas distintas a lo largo del programa (9 meses + 9 meses). Asignación de estímulo competitiva. Prepaga OSDE 210.
