Merchandise Planner

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 base + annual bonus opportunity We're partnering with a growing lifestyle apparel brand seeking an Ecommerce Merchandise Planner to own the digital product assortment, site merchandising, and inventory strategy across its DTC business. In this role, you'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Operations to optimize the online shopping experience while driving sales, inventory health, and profitability through data-driven merchandising decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage ecommerce assortment strategy and site merchandising Own inventory planning, replenishment, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) Analyze sell-through, conversion, SKU productivity, and inventory performance Develop end-of-life (EOL) strategies to maximize sell-through Partner cross-functionally on product launches, seasonal planning, and promotional strategies Qualifications: 5+ years of ecommerce merchandising, merchandise planning, or digital buying experience Experience within apparel, footwear, or consumer goods Strong Excel and ecommerce analytics skills (Shopify, Google Analytics, or similar) Proven experience with inventory planning, OTB, and assortment optimization Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
