What You'll Do

As a Senior Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process while serving as a key partner to Billing, Accounting, and Customer Support teams. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, collections success, and the accuracy of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Review and validate billing data, contracts, and supporting documentation
• Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
• Maintain customer billing profiles and contractual billing terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to support billing and collection efforts
• Perform reconciliations and quality assurance checks to ensure billing accuracy
• Support month-end close activities and reporting processes
• Generate billing reports, metrics, and analysis for leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, billing support, or revenue-related functions
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a corporate accounting or finance environment (preferred)
• Strong understanding of billing systems, processes, and best practices
• Experience using billing or ERP software (required)
• NetSuite experience (preferred)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
