Sourcing RecruiterShift: Shift 1FTE: 1.000000Summary: Sourcing Recruiter responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, create email campaigns, campus recruiting, and organizing an effective employee referral system. Responsible for working collaboratively with the Talent Specialists to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.*This position is located on-site in Fort Lauderdale FL.
