Department: Health Summary: POSITION OVERVIEW Provide patient care in accordance with the Ho-Chunk Nation and State of Wisconsin Dentistry Practice Acts. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1. DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from an accredited school. ESSENTIALS: 1. Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin. 2. Must be credentialed by the Health Center to practice. 3. Maintain CE continuing education per State of Wisconsin Requirements. 4. Current DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) number in order to prescribe antibiotics and narcotic drugs (Schedule 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, 5). 5. Valid driver's license, dependable transportation and proper insurance. 6. Must promote a healthy, non-abusive lifestyle. 7.
