Role Overview:We are seeking to add a reliable Tractor-Trailer Driver to our team with Experience in Flatbed) who will safely and efficiently deliver finished goods, products, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:Operates a semi-truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.Deftly maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals.Assists with loading of or loads and unloads goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unloads empty skids and returns all equipment to designated area.Maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; delivers documentation to shipping office or other appropriate staff when delivery route is complete.Facilitates routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; reports maintenance malfunctions to Shipping Supervisor.Arranges trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patternsPerforms other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must be 21years old with at least 2 years' experience with Conestoga/FlatbedsCDL-A with Boom and or Moffett experience preferred but not requiredAbility and willingness to lift boxes weighing as much as 60+ poundsExperience with building Supply deliveries a plusBasic understanding of securing freightStrong customer service skills, high integrity, with a positive attitudeMust meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulationsMust be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen and background check Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insurance Work Location: On the road Job Type: Full-time Pay: $0.
