This role works on large-scale projects including multi-family apartment complexes, senior living facilities, and hotels.You'll be out in the field every day as a working foreman, overseeing a crew of journeyman plumbers and plumbing apprentices. This is hands-on commercial plumbing work from underground and rough-in all the way through trim and finish.If you take pride in your work, know commercial plumbing, and can help guide apprentices the right way — we want to talk.Essential job duties and responsibilities include:Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projectsHandle underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish workRead and work from blueprints and spec sheetsOversee crew and manage project start to finish successfullyHelp train and mentor apprentices and pre-apprenticesKeep jobs moving safely, efficiently, and up to codeMaintain clean and organized job sitesResponsible for exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.Schedule:Full-time Monday through Thursday, 4 x 10 hour shiftsOT running into FridaysPotential for overtime based on project requirements
