We are a strong, established insurance agency in Pennsylvania looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who has prior insurance industry experience, understands the importance of excellent client service, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as a large part of our client base is Spanish-speaking.

This is more than a customer service position. We are building a team of professionals who want to grow with the agency, take ownership of their work, and create long-term relationships with our clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients in both English and Spanish
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing, payments, claims, coverage questions, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and general service needs
• Review policies and identify opportunities to better protect clients
• Assist with auto, home, renters, and other personal insurance products
• Process policy changes accurately and follow through until completion
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and client follow-ups professionally and efficiently
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Work with carriers and underwriting teams to resolve policy or service issues
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities when appropriate
• Help retain existing customers by providing proactive, relationship-focused service
• Follow up on pending items and ensure client requests do not fall through the cracks
• Work closely with sales and service team members to achieve agency goals
• Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-oriented office culture

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous insurance industry experience required
• Property & Casualty insurance experience strongly preferred
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
• Experience working in an insurance agency or carrier environment preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and text
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and follow-ups
• Dependable, accountable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to identify client needs and additional insurance opportunities
• Must have a professional, positive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with the agency
