Associate Director, West Region - Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to lead a regional Field Reimbursement Manager team in the West region, overseeing patient access and reimbursement strategies for Innovative Medicine's Neuroscience portfolio. The role combines field-based leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and direct management of up to 10 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and directly manage team of Field Reimbursement Managers across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts
• Execute PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy focusing on patient access and treatment initiation
• Develop long and short-term strategic plans and manage team execution in fast-paced environment
• Coach team members to identify and address access barriers using data insights and account management competencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical market access or field reimbursement
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit design, prior authorization, coding, billing, and appeals processes
• Demonstrated leadership capability and performance success in prior roles
• Valid driver's license and willingness to reside in West region (California, Washington, Utah)
• 3+ years direct people management experience preferred
• Neuroscience disease state experience preferred
