As part of one of the fastest‑growing home care networks worldwide, we're proud to welcome caregivers in the Salt Lake area who are ready to make a difference.We currently have part‑time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who bring kindness, dignity, and support to those who need it most.Position: Caregiver As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.Benefits That Value You Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour Raises after 60 days + annual reviews Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed) Mileage reimbursement between client visits CNA School Program opportunity PPE provided 401(k) with matching Ongoing training + 24/7 on‑call support Holiday pay (time and a half) PTO program (for full‑time employees) Supplemental wellness program (dental, vision, mental health options available)Qualifications Must be 18 or older Valid driver's license and carEligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred) Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)Ready to bring care with purpose?
