Maury Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Lincroft, New Jersey rehabilitation facility. Work Environment

This full-time role requires you to work onsite at our rehabilitation facility, contributing 40 hours per week, including variable weekends as needed. The work setting is fast-paced, requiring a proactive approach to patient care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with various functional limitations and disabilities, establishing well-defined treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and provide expert consultation on continuity of care for each individual.
  • Educate patients and their family members about treatment processes and the importance of adherence to rehabilitation exercises.
  • Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely charge submissions for all services delivered.
  • Engage in leadership activities, including community outreach programs and quality improvement initiatives, to promote the visibility of our services.
  • Mentor and supervise physical therapy aides, students, and other support staff, ensuring adherence to high standards of care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy through ongoing professional development and participation in continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Maury Physical Therapy, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, post-surgical, and chronic pain management individuals. Your role is critical in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain mobility and independence through targeted therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current State License in Physical Therapy with proof of good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, demonstrating your preparedness for emergency situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective patient interactions and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer software for documentation and administration purposes.

Preferred Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and clinical supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our organization offers a competitive benefits package that includes:
