Territory Account Associate - Boise, ID

Territory Account Associate Amplity is a full‑service partner for biopharma companies, delivering medical and commercial services at all stages of the drug lifecycle. This growth role focuses on providing solutions to a broad range of customers, including Health Care Providers, Reimbursement Personnel, Practice Administrators, Key Accounts, and Integrated Delivery Network partners, by leveraging Amplity resources and expertise. Key Responsibilities Participate in clinical dialogue to guide patients and engage accounts to identify obstacles and provide appropriate solutions. Develop a territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and ultimately their patients. Collaborate with territory colleagues, field‑based and corporate teams to proactively address customer needs and deliver support. Grow knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to anticipate opportunities and manage challenges. Review territory market data and trends to gain insights into the local business environment. Lead virtual or live engagements with customers. Plan and participate in meetings with key partners to solve customer problems and collaborate across functions. Leverage omni‑channel and multi‑channel options to apply capabilities in a compliant manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Life Sciences, Medical, or Pharmaceutical sales experience. Self‑starter who is highly motivated to overachieve. Ability to collaborate and work cross‑functionally within a matrix environment. Effective communication of clinical product information. Proven record of consistent high performance. Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills. High learning agility and ethical behavior. Compliance‑focused with adherence to company policies and laws. Valid driver’s license; adept with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting software. Preferred Qualifications Understanding across therapeutic groups and disease states. Respiratory experience. Account management skills. Travel & Location Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border. Required to travel 60‑80% of the time over a broad geography, including driving and/or flying within the territory. Successful completion of all required training. Compensation & Benefits Salary range approximately $85,000 – $87,000 per year. Bonus potential. Credentialing Requirements Representatives may be required to submit and maintain credentials such as training, vaccinations, and other documentation to gain access to hospitals or health‑care providers.
