Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice. Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression. Stay informed on Skechers' latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales. Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the brand and meets standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential. Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Available for a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
