Job Opportunity: Nocturnist OBGYN Hospitalist

Our organization is currently in search of a dedicated full-time nocturnist OBGYN Hospitalist to manage an average of 3 to 14-hour shifts each week, typically from 5 PM to 7 AM. Support will be provided through back-up call from two hospital-employed groups.

• We operate in a small-town community setting while offering access to a wealth of academic resources.
• Our facility features a top-tier Level III NICU and has recently integrated a local Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist for consultations.
• We promote Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) and have anesthesia available on-site.

• We provide a competitive base salary along with quarterly production incentive bonuses.

• Current hospitalist coverage includes 2 weekdays and all weekends.
• The hospital aims to establish full weekday night and weekend coverage for generalist groups within the next six months.
• Call schedule is 1:7, with a backup weekend call of 1:6.

• One call day per week.
• Post-call day off if serving as primary overnight coverage; otherwise, AM-only office hours if providing backup overnight coverage.
• 2.5 to 3 office days weekly.
• At least 0.5 day in the operating room.
• We collaborate on all major gynecological surgeries and have robotic surgery capabilities.

We prioritize a family-oriented and team-focused environment, sharing OB volume that includes many high-risk patients. For current OBGYN residents, a monthly stipend is available until the position's start date.

Our medical group comprises 60 primary care physicians, 53 specialists, and 44 hospital-based physicians.
