Job title : Production Operator

Client : Food Manufacturing Company

Duration : 5 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Location : Weatherford, TX 76086

Shift : Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts)

Description:

• Monitor and control production processes.
• Perform product sampling and analysis.
• Troubleshoot process equipment.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Follow plant procedures and policies.
• Complete required permits.
• Ensure product quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Support daily production operations.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• May work as a Control Room Operator.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of forklift experience (Certification not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Safety boots covering the ankle required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Work Requirements:

• No shorts, sleeveless shirts, or jewelry.
• Silicone wedding band or medical alert bracelet permitted.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
