Part Time Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide administrative support to financial advisors, help clients achieve their financial goals, and support the branch’s operations. What You Will Do Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Take an active role in the annual business planning process and assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Listen for situations that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Key Responsibilities Client Service – provide exceptional service, respond to inquiries and resolve issues. Account Management – learn industry fundamentals, handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support – schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and execute the branch business plan. Technology – use MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm‑provided software. Required Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Qualifications & Experience Experience in client service, customer support, or a related field. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of advisors and support staff.
