Safety And Workers' Compensation SpecialistMACI is a world-class manufacturer of automotive air conditioning compressors with magnetic clutch. MACI is a joint-venture between Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) and DENSO.This role supports safety first. It also handles all workers' compensation claims and helps with general safety duties.Support daily safety activities and help reduce workplace risks.Complete safety checks, audits, job reviews, and ergonomic reviews.Review accidents, near misses, and safety concerns. Help find the cause and recommend fixes.Keep safety records, training records, incident logs, and safety reports up to date.Manage the Massotherapy program, including scheduling, communication, and early support.Handle workers' compensation claims from start to finish, including filing, tracking, and follow-up.Work with injured associates, medical providers, supervisors, Human Resources, and claim partners.Help with return-to-work plans and modified duty when needed.Bachelor's degree required in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.Experience with safety programs, OSHA records, accident reports, workers' compensation claims, or return-to-work plans preferred.Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills required.Must be able to handle private information with care.Excellent Health Insurance w/ Prescription, Vision & DentalSuper-low monthly contributionsPaid vacation in your 1st year5% 401k matchCompany bonus (discretionary)Company-related tuition reimbursementOpportunity for performance-based personal & financial growthShort-term disabilityOptional life insuranceRetiree medical account
