Director of Product Engagement

Driving the engagement strategy for Life360's member experience, the remote Director of Product Engagement will set multi-quarter direction, influence cross-functional partnerships, and enhance member interaction through connection, coordination, and safety initiatives. Key responsibilities Own the engagement strategy and roadmap, influencing organizational direction across connection, coordination, and safety surfaces Drive engagement growth by identifying and implementing high-impact initiatives that deepen user frequency and broaden participation Define and utilize engagement metrics to prioritize initiatives, design experiments, and measure outcomes effectively Required qualifications 10+ years of consumer product experience with a proven track record in driving engagement and growth outcomes at scale Strategic ownership at the director level, with experience in defining engagement strategies for large user bases Expertise in experimentation across various scales, including designing metric frameworks and tracking KPIs Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and growth teams Deep empathy for families and relationships, driving product instincts that focus on user needs and experiences
