A current applicator’s license is desirable, however not required. You must follow instructions, be comfortable working alone. You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. POSITION: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Prior experience in the Pest Control or Lawn Industry is a plus but not required. We will provide comprehensive classroom and field training to ensure you feel capable and confident to excel in your position. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing education and service to customers on their very first visit from the company Detailed inspection of the residential or commercial property Presentation and explanation given to the customer to acclimate them to the service and company First service will be performed to either curatively or preventatively address any applicable pest issues Interaction with Customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service Interior/Exterior Applications made with liquids, granular and dusts to residential structures Carry a 50lb sprayer and manage a long 30ft webber pole in addition to other application equipment Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devices for services performed Equipment Maintenance and Repairs Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory or protocol standards Basic mathematical skills A talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning Take and Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training Program administered by the company Clean Driving Record Pass a Background Check Pass a Drug Screen CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSING: All candidates must either have an existing license/certification or acquire one with the assistance of company training.
