Senior Plant Operations SupervisorIncrease your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Location: Western OhioCompensation: $75,000–$90,000+ base salary, plus annual bonusRelocation assistance may be available for the right candidateOur client, an established and growing agricultural manufacturing and production organization, is seeking a Senior Plant Operations Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations at one of its Ohio production facilities.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, hands-on operations leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing employees, improving processes, and taking ownership of a production environment. The company is much more interested in finding a proven leader with the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with an hourly workforce.The OpportunityReporting to the site leader, this individual will have responsibility for daily plant operations including production, warehousing, packaging, receiving, storage, maintenance coordination, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.The operation can grow to approximately 15–20 employees during peak production season, with a combination of full-time, temporary, and seasonal employees.This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position.
