Capsa Healthcare…we are an industry leader in providing health IT and medication management products to customers worldwide.

We are seeking a Production Technician to support our assembly operations. This position is located at Capsa's Canal Winchester facility. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. This is a single shift, production and warehouse facility working 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime is required.

Your job will contribute to the team by performing the following duties (other special projects may also be assigned):

• Perform repetitive assembly line tasks to produce products as workflow demands.
• Work at different assembly stations as business or production demand requires, including our frame building station.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes or cross-training

What we ask of you:

• High school diploma preferred
• 1+ years' experience in production assembly operations
• Ability to work with hand tools (such as pneumatic drill)
• Consistent attendance
• Willing to work and train in a variety of production areas
• Strong team skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand throughout work shift and lift up to 50 pounds consistently
