Plato's Closet Matthews, located in Matthews, NC, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead our team and contribute to our store's success. What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
  • Supervising and motivating team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including organizing and restocking merchandise.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Helping to train and develop team members to meet store goals.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Contributing to sales targets by promoting our products and services.
What We’re Looking For
