**Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - Seeking experienced nurses with a passion for patient care! - Night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. - Requirements: - Current WI Nursing License - NIHSS Certification - CPR/BLS Certification - Flu vaccination required - Opportunity to float to other units as a Travel RN. - Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday shifts. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient care. - Administer medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, and state laws. - Document all care activities in accordance with established standards. - Develop and execute individualized patient care plans based on physician orders and hospital policy, including instruction for patients and families. - Engage in department performance improvement activities, including shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the patient's longitudinal care plan across units/departments. - Apply critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating issues through the appropriate chain of command. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
