EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice. All facets of monthly, quarterly, and annual adjusting and closing process. Prepare and independently review client financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger. Prepare and review financial and statistical reports, analyzing unusual items on financial reports and notifying Accounting Manager when necessary. Able to prepare and/or review payroll and payroll reports in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with projects for audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consulting projects. Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of accounting software packages. Gain a thorough understanding of the financial operations of our clients in a variety of industries Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field 2+ years of tax compliance/consulting or assurance experience 2+ years of experience at a public accounting firm Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or parts passed towards completion, OR IRS (Internal Revenue Service) Enrolled Agent Certification EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
