As our Sr. Creative Manager, you’ll decide how the world sees our lighting. You’re a storyteller with exceptional taste, the kind of person who knows great work the moment you see it and won’t settle for anything less. You’ll own the creative vision and execution for new product launches, taking ideas from first spark to finished campaign across video, photography, design, and marketing copy. You’ll pitch bold ideas with clarity and conviction and partner with Product Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales along the way. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the creative strategy, storytelling, and execution of new product launches each month.
• Produce and edit product launch videos and short‑form content for websites and social media platforms.
• Create and retouch product photography, digital graphics, web banners, and landing page visuals.
• Develop compelling headlines and marketing copy with the help of AI.
• Utilize AI‑assisted creative tools to enhance content development and production efficiency across photo and video editing.
• Design brochures, flyers, and other print and digital collateral to support Sales and Marketing initiatives as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while supporting the unique identity of each brand.
• Apply strong UI design principles to enhance digital product presentation and customer experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Development teams to understand product inspiration, craftsmanship, materials, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with creative team members and cross‑functional departments to support product launches and marketing initiatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

• Strong professional portfolio showcasing art direction, graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling capabilities is a must.
• Previous experience in an advertising agency or in‑house creative environment with experience crafting narratives and stories is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in art direction, graphic design, video production, creative content development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience creating creative projects from concept through final production.
• Experience in luxury products, home furnishings, interior design, or architecture preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or comparable professional video editing software.
• Experience with photography, image retouching, compositing, and digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, branding, and user interface (UI) design.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple creative projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
• Experience operating professional camera systems, including Canon, Nikon, Sony, or comparable equipment preferred.
• Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, 3D rendering, or similar software preferred.
• Familiarity with website platforms and landing page design preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
