Location/Territory: Brooklyn, Philadelphia, and Northeast New Jersey - must currently live in or near Brooklyn

Travel: Daily local travel throughout the territory for physician, clinic, treatment center, and healthcare provider meetings

Compensation: $65K-$85K Base (range dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Residual Income + $10K Sign On Bonus!

Our client is a leading toxicology laboratory making a meaningful impact in healthcare and helping providers combat the opioid epidemic. They are hiring a Territory Manager to drive new business growth across Brooklyn, Philadelphia, and Northeast New Jersey.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for building their own territory, creating new opportunities, developing relationships with healthcare providers, and winning new business. This is a true outside sales/hunter role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and being face-to-face with customers.

Role Highlights

Compensation: $65K-$85K base + uncapped commission + residual income + 10K sign on bonus!

True Hunter Role: Heavy focus on net-new business development, prospecting, and opening new healthcare accounts

Residual Income: Continue earning on the recurring business you build within your territory

Face-to-Face Sales: Spend your days in the field meeting physicians, healthcare providers, practices, treatment centers, and other decision-makers

Territory Ownership: Build and grow your own territory and recurring book of business

What You'll Do

• Drive net-new business throughout the assigned territory

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through close and onboarding

• Build your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and face-to-face outreach

• Conduct consistent in-person meetings with physicians, medical practices, treatment centers, hospitals, and healthcare providers

• Develop relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and other healthcare decision-makers

• Prospect into Primary Care, Pain Management, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, Behavioral Health, Addiction Medicine, specialty practices, and hospital administration

• Identify new opportunities and aggressively work the top of the funnel to create qualified opportunities

• Present and sell toxicology diagnostic solutions based on the needs of healthcare providers and their patients

• Manage and grow the territory through strong pipeline development, follow-up, relationship building, and closing

• Partner with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure a successful transition after new accounts are brought on

Must-Have Qualifications

Must currently live in Brooklyn, NY

Must have a reliable personal vehicle/car xhyhwjd and be comfortable driving throughout the territory daily

• Bachelor's Degree required

• 1+ year of outside healthcare/medical sales experience, ideally focused on new business development

• Proven success generating net-new business and self-generated pipeline

• Demonstrated hunter mentality- you enjoy opening doors, prospecting, and creating opportunities from scratch

• Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and consistent top-of-funnel activity

• Experience conducting face-to-face meetings with physicians, healthcare providers, medical practices, treatment centers, or hospitals

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Competitive, self-motivated, personable, and driven to succeed

• Comfortable working independently, managing your own territory, and spending the majority of your time in the field

• Previous experience selling healthcare services, medical products, diagnostics, laboratory services, or other recurring healthcare solutions strongly preferred
