- Perform MIG welding on a variety of custom and precision components
- Operate or assist with operating manual lathes (training provided if needed)
- Support machining, fabrication, and shop production tasks as assigned
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- MIG welding experience required (school-based or professional)
- Experience with manual lathes is a plus; willing to train the right candidate
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Reliable, dedicated, and committed to high-quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
