This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment where you can help improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with manufacturing or engineering experience who enjoys identifying problems, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.What You'll Do:Support manufacturing engineering activities to improve production safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, process flows, and production layouts.Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.Analyze production processes and equipment performance to improve efficiency and utilization.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.Support capacity planning, line balancing, tooling implementation, and new manufacturing processes.Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain operational excellence.What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production support, or an engineering technician role preferred.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Experience with ERP, MES, or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus.Why Consider This Opportunity?Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and engineering projects.Opportunity to develop skills in Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.Collaborative environment working with cross-functional teams.Weekday schedule, Monday through Friday.Interested?If you have a manufacturing or engineering background and are ready for your next opportunity, I'd love to connect!Apply today or send me a direct message to learn more.Please note: This is a 6-month W2 contract position with no benefits. xhyhwjd The role will begin on the first shift and transition to the second shift in January 2027.
