Quest Diagnostics - 1141 Pear Tree Lane - Responsibilities: Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and biometric screening; Administer oral solutions according to training; Verify and enter orders using lab systems and communicate with clients; Navigate computer and enter data accurately; Collect billing information and payments following policies; Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport; Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and emailing as appropriate; Maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature logs; Complete online and in-person training timely
