Villagio Hospitality Group is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Guest Assistant to join our award-winning team at 2 Silos Brewing Co. If you're a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want you on our team!

The Guest Assistant supports the dining experience by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set, and by assisting servers with food delivery and clearing tables. This role is vital to maintaining a smooth flow of service and enhancing the guest experience. Ideal candidates are quick, attentive, and proactive, providing seamless assistance to the front-of-house team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promptly clear and rest tables between guest seatings
• Return dirty dishware and glassware to the dishwashing area in a timely manner
• Ensure tableware and glassware are restocked
• Assist with delivering food orders to designated tables
• Maintain water stations throughout service
• Prepare and maintain fire pits according to safety and operational guidelines
• Proactively report maintenance or safety issues to management
• Ensure that the front of house and guest areas are well always maintained
• Support Bartender areas with replenishing of necessary items
• Assist with the co-ordination and delivery of dining, events and food & beverage service
• Perform any other duties as directed by Manager on Duty or other member of the management team

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels
• Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Courteous and pleasant attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment with minimum supervision
• Positive and flexible approach to work

Education/Training/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and moving quickly in a dynamic environment
