Position Overview TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a position in Valparaiso, Indiana. Key Details Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Shift: 12 hours nights (7 PM–7 AM) Employment Type: Travel Location: Porter Hospital, Valparaiso, IN Maximum Return to Office (RTO): 1 week Compensation: $72 bi‑weekly (no $96 option) No phone call requirements or block scheduling Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility Shift & Schedule Night shifts running from 7 PM to 7 AM, Friday through Sunday. The technologist will work 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week. Scope of Role CT/XR Technologist operating in a 10‑bed FSED in Portage, IN. XR technician support until 11 PM; after that, the technologist works independently from 11 PM to 7 AM. Additional coverage of the Inpatient Rehab Unit and Regency unit for XR/CT, though these units generate low imaging volume. Collaboration with the ED is encouraged. Sector maintains protocol books and up‑to‑date scanner protocols. Requirements Current AART (R)(CT) certification BLS required 1–2 years of experience Proficiency in CT and XR Experience with client CT scanner, Philips XR, Vitrea, Merge PACS, MedRad contrast injector EMR: Cerner preferred Must submit valid license and certifications; submissions lacking these will be rejected Must include driver’s license and permanent home address; address must match ID Application Note Applicants should attach all required licenses and certifications.
