Professional Caregiver needed - HHA/CNA preferred

About the Role GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES is looking to add a Caregiver to join our team who supports elderly residents in their homes with daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being by facilitating social interactions, therapeutic conversations, and secure environments. They should have a sensitive approach and knowledge of all resident care aspects, including state resident rights compliance. Job Responsibilities Supervision & assistance in bathing, dressing/undressing, and other hygiene responsibilities. Assistance in mobility and encouragement to follow prescribed exercise programs (including ROM exercises and walking). Assistance in transferring clients from bed to chair or other equipment. Assistance in turning & repositioning clients as prescribed and care to pressure point areas (e.g., back rubs). Housekeeping: vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, maintaining a clean bathroom and kitchen. Laundry services. Shopping for groceries and other household requirements (not applicable for drivers). Meal preparation & serving to clients while following dietary requirements. Transportation when needed (e.g., taking clients to appointments or therapy; not applicable for drivers). Remind about medication & helping with pre-dosed ones. Continence care. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. HHA or CNA certification.
