Semiconductor Devices and Microelectronics Engineer for AI Model Training

Apply semiconductor and microelectronics expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world technical analysis, explanations, and feedback. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze semiconductor device physics, operating principles, and recent technology advances.
• Evaluate microfabrication methods, including process integration and yield optimization.
• Provide technical assessments of device scaling, performance modeling, and reliability methodologies.
• Review and critique materials used in electronic and semiconductor device fabrication.
• Create detailed written explanations and verbal clarifications of complex engineering concepts for AI training work.
• Deliver structured feedback that supports technical accuracy and completeness of project data.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and other subject-matter experts.

• Advanced degree, such as a Master''s or PhD, in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication processes, and microelectronics engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and reliability testing.
• Hands-on experience with modern microfabrication and process-integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with technical publications, patents, or collaborative R&D projects is preferred.

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Work is completed on a task basis, and the time required may vary by experience and workflow.
• Minimum task-submission requirements apply each week.

• Advertised pay range: $66 to $130 per hour.
