Our Houston operation continues to expand, and we are seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Houston market.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative , you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships throughout Houston and the surrounding areas . This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands relationship-based selling , enjoys working in a construction environment, and is motivated by long-term growth and earning potential.

You will work closely with estimators, project managers, and branch leadership to deliver high-quality roofing solutions to property owners, facility managers, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Houston and surrounding markets
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and general contractors
• Conduct on-site roof evaluations and client consultations
• Partner with estimators to prepare accurate, competitive proposals
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
• Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM software
• Represent Jolly Roofing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Support branch leadership with sales forecasting and market development

• Organized, follow-up driven , and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Interested in building a long-term career , not just a sales job
• Comfortable selling large-scale commercial projects and service agreements

Qualifications

• Commercial sales experience in roofing, construction, or building services preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Houston metro area , with occasional regional travel
• Valid Driver's License (preferred)

Compensation

• Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based bonuses
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
