Manager, Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally to manage resources and oversee day-to-day process and procedure administration. Analyze building and facility projects, develop operational layouts, and partner with operations to identify the most efficient and cost-effective business practices. Establish, monitor, and enforce performance standards to ensure organizational goals are met. Address and resolve performance issues in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, fostering accountability and teamwork. Requirements Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available for this position). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
