Project Manager

In this dynamic role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of custom trade show exhibits and experiential programs, serving as the pivotal point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Your expertise will drive projects from concept through on-site installation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards. Required Skills 3–7+ years of project management experience in trade shows, exhibits, or experiential marketing Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and client management capabilities Budget management and financial tracking experience Nice to Have Skills Experience working with exhibit houses or experiential agencies Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar Knowledge of exhibit production processes, logistics, and show services Experience in fabrication or event-related industries Willingness to travel (~10–25%) for trade shows and site visits Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Demonstrated success managing large-scale trade show or experiential projects Other Requirements Ability to coordinate logistics such as freight, fabrication, and on-site installation Flexibility to travel during peak seasons for show site execution If you’re ready to leverage your project management skills in a creative, high-impact environment, we encourage you to apply and take the next step in your career today.
