Accenture's Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a senior leader to drive AI-enabled workforce transformation at scale. You will shape roles, capabilities, and ways of working as AI takes over tasks, while engaging CHROs and leadership teams. Travel up to 80% across client sites, leading change programs and workforce design across enterprise transformations in Life Sciences.
