Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care
• Manage your own established patient panel
• See approximately 16-20 patients per day
• Work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team
• Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation
• Deliver patient-centered care in a mission-driven environment
• Help patients stay healthier while still making it home for dinner

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $159,000 - $187,000
• Sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Clear and Active California Nurse Practitioner license or Multi-State
• Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Recent outpatient primary care experience preferred

• Bilingual candidates are highly welcomed but not required
