Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Record expenditures in the financial system of record.
Review travel authorizations for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to proper procedures.
Troubleshoot issues with travelers, travel services, and JMD.
Process travel obligations daily, ensuring data aligns with originating documents.
Review open balances at least quarterly to de obligate funds that are no longer needed.
Maintain a log of received vouchers and ensure performance time frames are met.
Create and arrange travel reservations and itineraries for invitational travelers.
Brief DOJ officials on the status of projects and work items.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
. Ability to obtain and maintain a DOJ waiver
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct analysis and present findings clearly.
. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
. Exceptional communication skills.
Hourly Rate: $35.64/hour

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
