Highlights of the Manager of Home Care position:

As the Manager of Home Care, you'll serve as the operational and business leader of Pegasus at Home.

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the Pegasus at Home program
• Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing Home Health Aides and scheduling staff
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery and resident satisfaction
• Managing staffing, scheduling, service plans, documentation, billing, and payroll processes
• Monitoring quality assurance, compliance, and operational performance
• Building strong relationships with residents and families
• Developing partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and other referral sources
• Driving resident participation, service utilization, retention, and revenue growth
• Collaborating with community leadership to identify opportunities to enhance resident independence and quality of life
• Actively promote Pegasus at Home services to residents, families, prospects, referral sources, and community partners.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five years of leadership experience in senior living, home care, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
• Proven success leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in operations management, staffing, scheduling, and business development
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service excellence
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred
• LPN or LVN license preferred but not required
