Weekly pay with direct deposit. 39-52 hours/weekly Friendly work environment and supportive company culture What you’ll do: Haul Amazon loads; 100% no-touch freight (drop and hook only) Operate new, modern and state of the art Amazon-branded sleeper cabs with APU Regional routes from and to Amazon facilities Follow all DOT & FMCSA regulations, as well as state/local laws Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Play a key role in keeping Amazon’s commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place What you’ll need: Must be minimum 21 years old Have a valid Class A CDL Must successfully Pass DOT Physical and pre-employment drug screen DOT Medical Card (current) Must be able to speak, read, and write in English No current CDL suspension or revocation No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests in the last 5 years Clean MVR, PSP and good DAC Report Successfully pass a background check Comfortable using handheld technology GPS, ELD and smart phone applications (Android) Work authorization – must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of commercial driving experience (preferred) High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent You will not be employed by Amazon, instead, you will be working directly for a local transportation company, Shifa Logistics Tech LLC, that partners with Amazon.
