Job Description: Rad Tech - Day Shift Required skills - Outpatient, Inpatient, Community Hospital, Children's Hospital (1-8 yr olds, preferred not required) Preferred Skills - OR, ER, Level I Trauma General Skills Experience Required - PACS and Portables No weekends or major Holidays Must be flexible to go offsite locations as needed No New Grads Will accept first time travelers as long as they have experience with c-arm port use

Department Details: Surgical and Clinical Orthopedics environment that focuses on General Ortho Imaging (xray) needs as well as a specialized environment that supports a patient population for Limb Lengthening and Bone Deformity Correction. Optimal Candidate should be a fast learner that has experience and confidence in working with the c-arm and the portable x-ray machine in a surgical setting independently. C-arm use may also be required in the clinical settings. Frequent long- leg imaging (hip to ankle) is performed in the clinics.

Special Equipment: DR GE (rooms and portable), EOS, Standing Foot/Ankle CT scanner, CRXx

Interdisciplinary Support: Patient Diagnoses: REQUIRED: excellent communication, customer service, fast learner, ability to work safely and efficiently independently or in a team setting.

Separation Policy: LBH- Sinai Hospital - does not allow travelers to work on assignment for more than 365 days, regardless of time off between contracts. A separation period of at least six months is required to return to this facility as a traveler. Modules: Modules are non-billable; 8 hours for new starts, and up to 175min annually and factored in NBO Modules are completed virtually on first day of contract, and vary by specialty Annual modules are required for: Non-TELE RN units - 75min., TELE RN & ICU RN - 115 min., and ED RN 175min Modules are recorded via transcripts
