Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, using a range of assessment tools and methods. Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual therapeutic goals and foster clients' well-being. Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing effective evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Establish therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and empathy while consistently monitoring clients' progress toward recovery. Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual care or have mobility challenges. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and enhance treatment efficacy. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journey and is essential in promoting their personal growth through tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and establish a therapeutic rapport. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward the clients' experiences. Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently and adhere to documentation requirements. Preferred Experience Experience working within community health settings or private practice environments. Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual client sessions. Familiarity with integrated care models or collaborative care frameworks.
