The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding to service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner that aligns with the department’s objectives and the company’s commitment to excellence. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in construction equipment Perform repairs and conduct maintenance work on various types of machinery Schedule and manage maintenance tasks based on customer requirements Ensure all service actions meet or exceed departmental objectives and standards Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to service requests Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Must have good driving record Adhere to McCurley Dealerships, Safety & Environmental policies Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Dealership products Maintain own tools Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Active Listening – Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others. Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures. Honest/Integrity – Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace. Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. Pay is a flat rate hourly component and includes spiffs and bonuses ranging annually from $ 75,000.00 to $ 150,000.00. Employees in this role are expected to perform all duties onsite at the assigned work location during scheduled working hours. This position is not eligible for remote work.
